Recently, Sage Step Consulting showcased its commitment to advancing community interests by playing a role in refining the strategic direction of CAFÉ (Community Advancement for Family and Education). CAFÉ is a non-profit organization that advances family and community growth through education. CAFÉ serves our culturally diverse community providing opportunities in leadership, civic and social engagement, literacy development, and academic advancement. CAFÉ's alliance with regional partners creates a unified community that seeks to empower all of its members.

Understanding the necessity for a structured approach to strategic planning, CAFE engaged Sage Step Consulting to facilitate a strategic planning workshop designed specifically for its program managers. This strategic planning initiative aimed to sharpen the focus on the organization’s current initiatives and ensure they align with its foundational pillars.
